Because no transportation is provided by the school district we rely almost 100% upon parents to provide transportation to and from athletics events. This makes it critical that we have as many parents as possible get authorization to drive. Even if you can't help on a regular basis we made need your help as a lst resort so please take the time to get authorized.

You might be able to get your driving record from your insurance professional. If not you'll need to complete this form and submit it to the DMV to obtain a printout of your record to submit with to NUSD when applying for authorization to drive.

Please complete this form and turn it in with copies of your reciepts and any required signatures to the Booster inbox in the NHS office. Please allow at least 7 working days for reimbursement to be processed.
